Bought this several months ago. The delivery and set up were timely and professional. The gentlemen who did the work were here exactly when they said they'd be, they cleanup after themselves, and were nice.The freezer has been working perfectly since we purchased it. We especially like the interior light. Didn't have one in our old freezer; had no idea how helpful it would be.We're a two-person adult household and this freezer is ample for our needs. We like to stock up; accessing items in the freezer has been easy and the doors are nice for square and rectangular containers.There is no lock on this freezer. If we had children in the house, we would not have purchased it. We liked the lock on our old freezer since we used it to make sure we didn't accidentally leave the door ajar. Being in the garage, it could be several days before one of us noticed.

Fan motor failing in first month.

I have had very good luck with Whirlpool appliances but this one has a noisy fan that sounds like bearing failure. I know they will fix it under warranty but I have a freezer full of food and will have to take time off to meet the service guy.

I have been happy with my new freezer. It is so nice not to have to defrost it like I did my old one. It is well lit too.

I reviewed a lot of freezers online, but decided on this one because it had great reviews. It very spacious , has a light inside of it for finding your food easy, and it runs so quiet until I had to keep checking it to make sure it was on. It doesn'ttake up a lot of room and it does everything a bigger freezer can do. I love this freezer and would reccommend anyone looking for a spacious freezer that runs very quiet and doesn't take up a lot of space. I would reccommend anyone to choose this one. I am very very pleased with it and am glad I purchased it.
