Since I cannot garden at my new home, I have joined in a local CSA and plan to preserve much of my share in my new freezer so to enjoy healthy foods year around.

We have had our freezer for a couple months now and it has added a lot of value and time savings to our busy lives. We now have the space to freeze meals we have cooked in advance. The freezer is quiet, works as to be expected. We are very happy with this purchase.

Get another model.

We made a mistake buying this model of the freezer. It is the simplest one, we should have bought the one with the automatic defrosting and the drawer in the bottom, which we found out about when we read the instruction booklet. The freezer keeps the food frozen alright but it is not as convenient another model might be.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Just what we need!

We moved about a month ago and decided to replace a 25 year old freezer. This Whirlpool model is just the right size for our "slightly downsized" lifestyle. It really is just what we need.

We purchased a Frigidaire (Electrolux) and it lasted 5 years. Freezers are expected to last a generation or two. We decided to go with a different manufacturer. This is the 6th Whirlpool appliance we have added to our home.

Purchased it about 2 months ago. Performance is great and it is very spacious. The drawer and shelf arrangements are ideal.I would highly recommend this freezer.
