You get what you pay for = Clean Dishes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This baby is awesome. You can barely hear it running. Simply put it Cleans and cleans well! I have learned over the years that you have to invest to get a dishwasher that actually cleans. This Dishwasher is the perfect blend of Performance and Value. The Auto dispense feature is nice but we stopped using it because is leaves a detergent residue on the door after a couple of uses.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Try to open the soap dispenser before you decide

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were ready to sign on the dotted line, when we started fussing around with the machine and found that you put a major stress mark (a bit painful) on your finger every time you add soap. The engineer for that simple latch was probably a large man with hardened skin on his fingers -- After that, we were worried that the machine was never tested by a female and rulled it out.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

A Great Investment!

It has options such as a "Speed" with a no heated dry setting, that is both Fast and Energy Efficient. We use this as our most common setting and our dishes come out extremely clean!
Another "no heated dry option" is for a "Rinse" only cycle.
Heated dry cycles include "Sanitize", "Heavy", "Normal",
"Light" and "Glasses".
There is this Terrific button that allows you to Set the machine to Delay it's Start from 1-24 hours later! What a convenience!
The Dishwasher runs Great, but oh so Quietly.
I agree with the other comment about the "Smart Dispense"
Not so smart. Be careful how you clean it, because you might scratch the stainless surface...Ooops!
Definitely happy with my decision and you will too!

Not all that was promised

We have a really hard time getting dishes clean in 1 wash. Food residue, left on detergent and constant issues with water stains. Very loud as well. We clean it every week and use special hard water products to no avail. Had it serviced and it didn't help. I think it is fine if you have soft water, if not I wouldn't recommend.

Profile Not Up to Snuff

The door on our Profile has been leaking since install less than a year ago. We have had repairmen from GE here several times and every time were insured problem was addressed yet its still leaking. This replaced our old Profile which just ran out of life. This is not the same quality standard as our old one in many respects. Very disappointed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i did a remodel and this dishwasher was well worth the extra money. I cant even tell that it is running it is so quiet. It is easy to use. And the push buttons are on top of the door and out of site when the door is closed

No longer being made

Went on the review site to leave a very positive review and see that this model has been discontinued. This machine is the boom! Quiet, efficient, great looking. The smart dispense feature is great and I found it very easy to open and close. If it is still available, buy this one.
I would recommend this to a friend!
