Fake stainless steel, looks like plastic

I bought this a few years ago and already having problems with the defrost. The back of my freezer gets all frosted up and then my refrigerator goes to about 60 degrees. Called the company and won't do anything about this.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not enough room on top shelve with the light so far down!shows every finger print!The drawers are not deep!!

Lives up to all the online research and shopping. Great features like milk and juice in door, flip back shelf, super bins for veggies and fruits, cheeses, butter. Door holds condiments so easy to find without cluttering shelves. Style is clean and contemporary. Matches our Maytag dishwasher perfectly. Very roomy freezer.

Extremely quiet. A lot roomier than it looks! Could not fit a larger fridge in my space and I was extremely upset at first. But once I got it at home I couldn't believe the space available inside. Very deceiving from the size on the outside. It is clean and sharp looking. I love the shape. Way to go Maytag!

Just what I was looking for

We needed a refrigerator that fit into a very particular space but had ample capacity, low noise level, and energy-saving Quality. This one has all of those, as well as good interior design. I am very happy with it!

The shelves are adjustable. Zoom in and look for yourself. The bins are adjustable. The food is kept cold at an even temperature. The freezer is the same. There is plenty of room for food. It`s easy to clean. If necessary it`s easy to adjust the temperature. It`s quiet. nice looking. The shelves are strong. Strong bins. Storage open and closes a bit rough. Those other reviews are not on this as there were too many discrepancies.

Excellent refrigerator for small family

Being a single woman, I find this refrigerator a perfect size. There is plenty of room for condiments and an adjustable shelf to store taller items during the holidays.

Great spacious fridge

So much space in this fridge. Enough for everything! Side door compartments are large enough for two rows of condiments, drinks etc. freezer space is great! And I love the ice maker
