I like how teh ice maker is in the door inside not taking up a shelf. The only thing I did not care for was that there are two slim spaces in the refrigerator side and I would rather have just one more big one.

We really are enjoying this product. Works well, looks great, fabulous features. The only negative is when new ice drops it is a little noisy. A small problem considering all the pluses.

Top cover plate on icemaker door openingwas missing when delivered. Was replacedwithin a week. Refrigerator makes manystrange noises when operating. We like thecounter depth for its size and fit in our opening.

When my wife and I saw this refrigerator we loved it, it looked great and was cabinet depth. We also really like that the water and ice dispensers were separate instead of having to switch back and forth like most. Unfortunately from the day we got it the ice dispenser did not work properly. It would dump to much water in the ice dispenser causing water to run down the inside of the freezer door and out the ice dispenser onto my floor. The repairman said the power to the ice maker was being shut off for some reason. He said it could be any number or reasons and would be a major repair. I will be returning the refrigerator and hopefully the next one works. For the price paid I feel the quality is poor. The drawers also feel very cheap and flimsy. Great design, poor quality.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This refrigerator looks really nice in the kitchen. It is a counter depth refrigerator which means the inside space is somewhat limited. The in door ice/water dispenser makes quite a bit of noise but is not intolerable.
I would recommend this to a friend!

not to whirlpool standards

water leaks at filter housing, ice forms on top shelf of refrigerator. odd noises at night such as squealing. ice builds up around ice container in freezer. water though door is lukewarm. this model is not to whirlpools standards.

This products looks great and has plenty of space inside for a counter depth fridge. Great lighting and controls. The only draw back is the top of the fridge is much colder than the bottom.
I would recommend this to a friend!
