Overall the washing machine works fine.

The model makes a loud irratating noise during the rinse cycle. We contacted your company as well as had a repair man look at it. They both said that is was OK.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

More Space Than I Expected

I was nervous buying a counter-depth fridge/freezer, but I have been very pleasantly surprised at how much I can fit into it. I think that because it has so many shelves, I can fit as much - if not more - than my previous, bigger fridge.

Love the Counter Depth Design!

The counter depth size makes the whole kitchen look bigger! It is the same capacity as our old refrigerator but it seems to be easier to reach everything inside because of the shorter depth. Lots of drawers and shelves make things organized in both the refrigerator and the freezer. We love the water/ice dispenser too! Very happy we made the purchase!

The Room

More room than I ever imagined a counter depth fridge and freezer could ever have. Fits a family of four or five perfectly. The internal wine rack is awesome. In door ice maker is awesome. Well worth the $$ spent. Supper quiet too. Definitely wrecommend to anyone wanting a counter depth appliance.

no better than OK

Hard to get enthusiastic about this fridge. The space is OK and the size is right for a household of two people, but there are features that annoy. The ice maker is balky; it hesitates to activate and spews crushed ice all over the floor. (The water dispenser has a similar hesitant and noisy activation function.) I've already given up on crushed ice and only choose cubed. Even then, the ice tends to clump into bergs in the bin and jams the system. In terms of interior space, the two filter housings in the upper shelf crimps valuable space there. The two bottom veggie bins are good but there is much wasted shelf space on the bottom of the frig door. Another adjustable shelf would be good. The wine rack is a plus but the shelves tip the bottles back too far to be stable, especially if you put corks or rubber stoppers in the neck after a bottle has been opened.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I just contacted whirlpool and have someone coming out tomorrow. I can't use the top 2 shelves. They freeze EVERYTHING. I have tried changing the temperature but it doesn't help. I have lost so much food to this thing. I didn't read the reviews before I got it and I should have. Even if they send me 4 fridges it will be a hassle that I do not want. I have to spend my holiday break waiting on repair people. If they let me i will switch it for a cheaper model....at least it is reviewed well!
