Attractive functional fridge

This is the first french door fridge I've had. There is lots of room, but it is divided differently than what I'm used to. The narrow fridge side is not wide enough to take a horizontal pizza box. This isn't a flaw, just the nature of the beast for this style.A very minor but nice bonus is that although this is stainless, magnets stick to it! Yay smiley face homework solutions on the doors!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Long story short. It has taken 5 refrigerators to get 2 that actually worked. Now after just a few short months everything on the top shelf of the refrigerator side is frozen solid. We are in the process of getting 2 more refrigerators but need I say, not a Whirlpool Gold! Total of 7 refrigerators will of pased through our home in less that 9 months.I would not recommend this refrigerator!

Great look, poor quality

I loved the look of this refrigerator when I first saw it and the fit was perfect for my cabinets. The first one I received froze everything in the fresh food section. Even when turned up to the maximum temp, a thermometer I placed on a fresh food shelf registered 27 degrees. Also the finish on the door was bad--scratches everywhere.A new one was delivered and liquids stored on the top shelf still freeze occasionally. The finish on the fresh food door is inconsistent--shiny on one corner, matte on most of the rest of the door. Very disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love my new Whirlpool refrigerator. It packs a lot of punch for a counter depth unit. The only con is that the ice maker is rather loud to use, but other than that all is good!
