Just OK - not a great machine

I figured this DW would be better than it was. racks and rollers are like a cheap DW. No rinse cycle available, Just washes OK, not great. For this price, there are likely better choices. My old KitchenAid was better.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love the layout, the bottle washer, split wash for upper or lower and the tines lay flat for large pots on the lower rack. Amazingly quiet, love the style.

This dishwasher has many different adjustments in the upper tray and lower tub. It has a lot of extra features. It is quiet. At first it sounds like the water may be leaking out but it is just the way things are arranged in the plumbing of the dishwasher. The only thing that I don't like about the tub of the dishwasher is the silverware tray. I kept my old basket since it is a square and I use that instead. This way I can get casserole dishes on both sides. The only thing I don't like about the upper tray is that it would have been nice to have one flat area where bowls could be placed and sit evenly

Cleans dishes very well. It doesn't hold as much as the last dishwasher, but does a superior cleaning job.

good dishwasher, but not perfect

Our old dishwasher finally died after about 7 years and, after a lot of research, we bought this one. We love how quiet the dishwasher is. It really is amazingly quiet. We also love some of the other features, like the delayed start, the bottle jets, etc. Overall, it's a great dishwasher. The only issue we have with it is that dishes on the top shelf don't always get clean. They will sometimes come out with small particles on them. Over time, we have figured out that if you don't fill the dishwasher very full, you have better luck getting all the dishes clean. Also, glass dishes don't get cleaned very well on the top, but anything you put on the bottom will come out extremely clean. We put tupperware and other plastics on the top, and glass dishes on the bottom and it works out well about 95% of the time. The stuff on the bottom is always clean. The items on the top are usually clean. It's a pricey dishwasher that does a great job most of the time. Just don't overload it and don't put glass dishes on the top - they won't come out perfect if you do.

Very quiet. The interior is well designed. But hard to tell when the washing is complete. The indicators are not easily visible or decipherable. They could be more intuitive.
