The only changes I would make would be to rework the lower rack tines to better accommodate bowls, and change the software to leave the "clean" indicator light illuminated until the door has remained open longer than it currently programmed to do.

Quiet and Clean

This dishwasher is very quiet. When I put it on specific settings (normal wash with temp boost, steam on, and heated dry) it cleans even the dirtiest dishes very well. It is great to have a reliable dishwasher!

Have had it for about a month and it cleans the dishes very well. My fiancé and I argue about rinsing the dishes, I do not because you don't need to. Silverware and all dishes come out clean and dry when the dry setting is selected. Love the bottles washer as well for Nalgene bottles. It's very quiet, we prefer the buttons on top instead of touch screen. Also, green light and sound lets you know when cycle is complete, our previous one was very quiet but had no indicator of when it was done and we often opened it when it was still running. So far we are very happy with our purchase!

To remove film from dishes use a high end detergent such as Cascade Platinum.

Latch issues since Day 1

I have had to have the latch worked on twice since installation. I am not confident that the issue is fixed. My unit will stop working a "beep" during the middle of a cycle. It is aggravating because I shouldn't have issues with a brand new unit. Also, I feel like I can't find a good place for bowls that doesn't end up taking up a lot of extra space. Not a great design.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
