Some quality issues but great product!

Product arrived in the crate with some minor sheet metal damage. The three conductor Molex-type power connector seemed a bit cheesy and pulled out during installation. The door closure was also misaligned, resulting in "iffy" make/break with the door-closure microswitch, but realigned the switch body and closure is solid now. For this kind of money, you'd think GE has their product quality nailed, eh? Other than these issues, very happy with the unit. We really like the features.

All the reviews and videos I found lauded this as a great dishwasher. We got the upgraded features with the bottle wash, etc. Unfortunately, we have to run in heavy mode to make sure dishes come out clean with no residue. I like the move able drawer but then the upper rotary sprayer hits normal sized plates and such below. Overall, it runs pretty quiet but not sure how much value we are getting since it needs to run in heavy mode for most loads.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great dishwasher for the price!

This dishwasher has really impressed us. It is quiet (though maybe not the quietest on the market). The spray jets in the upper rack are great for bottles, deep cups, etc... Plus it has done a much better job drying the dishes, than our old one. We like the hidden controls and how they operate. After several months of owning it, it is still operating like new.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Efficient and gets the job done

Looks great and cleans well but the engineer that designed the install of this product needs to be put in a Pillory and flogged....next to impossible to do it the way the manual tells you to. A little loud when draining but overall a good product.

Brand new and doesn't work!

water collects at the bottom and doesn't drain. Dishes and cutlery have a soapy film. This after using a handful of times.
