The phone reflects the best of Sony design. Simple, sharp intricate and elegant, down to the reflection of the volume rocker. Feel very good in the hand and run smoothly with great battery life.
Android 5.0 brings battery and ram problems but they are not specifically Sony devices but Android software in general. Hopefully they will be fixed with the upcoming android 5.1 update. The volume rocker and the power button should fit a bit tighter since they move back do forth very slightly.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I like this phone so much. the design is awesome, its battery last for two days with continues usage. you can also connect the phone to your PS4 and use it as a controller and visualize the games playing on your PS4 on your phone. what I didn't like about this phone is the fact that you can not block a number.

Was in love with the phone but sence the last update it went full stupid No group texts, no emails, no navigation, it would freeze up for 1mins then restart. I have sence sold the phone to an unlucky buyer.

I loved my Z1 compact so much that I upgraded to this phone. In theory I should love it just as much as it has much the same, if not better, specs. However, a couple major issues I never faced before:
1) The entire back of my phone shattered, in my purse, in a case, within weeks of purchase. Includes a crack through the flash, and while not cracked over the camera lens, dust has been let in and it is visible in photos. The camera is one of the reasons I chose the Sony phones in the first place.
2) The magnetic charger dock sometimes pulls out the magnetic cover (to say, so it is wide open), which I then need to pop back in. Shouldn't that be more secure if it meant to be used regularly for charging?
I was in no way expecting this much fragility on a phone that claims pretty solid water and dust proofing.
I don't know if I got a lemon or if this make is just of lower quality...
