WHEN I SCAN ON FLATBED OPTION I CAN'T SELECT ANY PAPER SIZE OVER 8.5X11. IS THERE ANYONE THAT CAN HELP ME ON THIS BY COMMUNICATING BY EMAIL. THERE ARE OTHER ISSUES.
