We bought this at teh end of August after our original oven of 19 years gave out. The cook top has great spacing and the express boil is really nice. We cook a lot of pasta. I do wish the joint around the oven window was flat to make for easier cleaning. And I wish the stainless was better quality. Overall good choice with those two features being the only change to make it even better. The cooking has been even and the features in the timer/delay cook and self clean are all great!

We made the switch from electric to gas and find this model to be fantastic so far. The convection oven is really nice. For example, my wife made biscuits and with the old electric basic oven, always had burnt bottoms no matter how we cooked them. The convection actually cooked them perfectly and evenly. The burners light perfectly and your cooking instantly. Great durability with the exception of the bottom drawer. Seems a little thin on construction and the rails sliding in and out but don't let that prevent you from looking at this one. The GE profile version had a better drawer but almost everything else was the same or a close second but I didn't see a need to pay for the upgrade in models. Cleaning the top is easy, removable grates are very sturdy and I love the custom griddle that fits in place of the middle burner grate. I am pleased and recommend this unit

It's so beautiful - I'm reluctant to mess it up! I like the center griddle-burner, and the RF is great for large saucepans.

Love my new stove!

I just bought my GE gas stove a couple of weeks ago. I absolutely adore it! I'm a busy mom and I love the boil water feature! I can cook mac and cheese in about 10-12 minutes! That includes getting the water boiled and reboiling the noodles! Plus the stove cooks evenly and fast!

This gas stove works good. Only problem we have is that there is no safety when the gas is turned on. I do not recommend this product if you have small children or a dog that may put it's front paws on the counter. They can turn on the gas without lighting the burner. Our dog has done this twice and luckily we were home when she did it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
