Watch Out for Box on back of Stove

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The burners are fast, smooth and efficient. Haven't used the oven yet, but installation was a challenge as the stove has heat sheild box that sticks out two inches! It won't go against the wall and we will have to modify the wall to put some form of indention in order for it to fit. Did not see this one coming!

Best features are:
Convection oven
Center grill/burner
Cooking timer that turns off oven when time expires, as well as separate kitchen timer.
Oven temperature gauge
Large Powerboil buner, great for woks and large saute pans.

Worth the money but....

Always the but..... But the griddle burner is an unfortunate engineering mistake. It is 3" too short and with the position setback it's even worse. I have a standard griddle that spans two burners which is fine but the arrangement leaves a cold spot in the center.
With this burner you must push the griddle all the way back and that still leaves 4" of surface without burner coverage. For the most part that simply moves the cold spot to the front. A marginal gain of cooking surface at best.
This was an easy to avoid and obvious design flaw which takes a solid range down a notch.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This range is exactly what I was looking for.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This range was exactly what I was looking for. It combines functionality with a very stylish look. The sealed burner function keeps spills on top and the iron grates don't slide around like on many stoves. The oven cooks the food efficiently and perfectly. I haven't needed the self cleaning part yet, but I expect it to be just as great as the rest of the range's function. I would encourage anyone who is in the market for a gas range to take a serious look at this one!! We are happy beyond words with is product. Thank you GE for making such a wonderful range!!

So far so great?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have only had this for a week and so far so great! It is beautiful and the griddle burner in the middle a great bonus at this price point. The only issue I see so far is it burns very hot so I suspect simmering may a little more difficult with it predecessor. All around so good but it has only been a week.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My oven had gone out so hubby said lets get a new one today. I had not planned on spending this much but... I wanted the broiler in the oven and to have a drawer below. The sales lady highly recommended the convection oven. I love the middle burner and know I can really use it. I am anxious to try cooking breakfast tomorrow morning. Over all, the price was good for the options and quality of the stove.
