Does not clean without pre washing dishes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this because of the features without seeing any reviews. I hate it, but cannot afford to buy another. You have to pre wash/rinse everything or the dishes come out with dried food on them. The same for the silverware. Because it is a tall tub, the door is very low to the floor when opened, making it difficult to load and empty dishes.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
