Easy to start using!

This Blu-ray player has an exceptional quality picture and it is extremely lightweight and takes up very little room. It has several extra features, but what I liked the most was how easy it was to start using it. No confusing diagrams. Hooked it up with the HDMI cords and the internet cord and away we went....!
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Realistic color, Lightweight, ease of use

My new Blue ray palyer is great. The only reason that I rate it 4 stars on features is that the remote does not have a reject button.
Pros: Inexpensive, Durable, Lightweight

I was disappointed in the the remotes capabilities. There is not a volume control or eject button. You have to use two remotes and have to push a button on the DVD Player to eject the disk. The picture is Ok, but the machine will only connect to a machine with HDMI port. No Component port access.
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive
Cons: Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I think this is a great blu-ray player I just wish it had a open/close button on the remote. Other than that it is a pretty nice player. Load times are alright, picture quality is great.
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Lightweight
Cons: no open/close button on remote

My only gripe is that the serial number and model nos. are very difficult to read. My old eyes being what they are.
User manual extremely complicated. Had difficult time getting though it. Needed help from son.
Cons: complicated useer manual

Samsung has always impressed me with the quality of its products. This bluray is no exception. It does tend to drag a bit to start a bluray movie, but it's quick when it comes to regular DVD's. I noticed there's a firmware update available for this unit; maybe that'll solve the startup issue. Overall, it's a great player.

As with most you hear horror stories, not this one, easy to setup and link for streaming.
