Entry Level BluRay Player for under 100

This is an entry level BluRay. It has one HDMI and one traditional video audio cable entrance.
Also two nice features, which are a USB port in front of the player, and one LAN port in the back, to connect to your home network.
No Wireless option in this player.
Remote control is nice and clean.

I have not had a chance to test the software and network abilities of this player, but it did play Avatar fine!
Good for the bedroom, where your secondary television is, and you can watch those Sunday movies in bed.

All is well with this blue-ray player except that it will not open the drawer to load or unload the disk from the remote. This means that the player has to be put up high enough to be able to see the face of the machine and I cannot put it where I want it. It looks as this lack of this feature is intentional and why it's so is beyond me.
Otherwise this player is just what I wanted for the price.

Seems to work pretty well. The good part is that it will work with regular dvd's as well as blue ray.
Pros: Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: takes a while to open up

very nice Bluray player for the money. loads quickly with a nice, well thought out menu layout. easy to use remote is another plus. also enjoy Anynet+ use with my Samsung Plasma TV and Samsung camera. only downfall is lack of apps..... hulu please!

I purchased the Blu-Ray player just to play my wife's new Blu-Ray Star War's Saga movies. The quality of the movies is outstanding and to our surprise our Blu-Ray player also plays regular DVD's and the quality of movies are enhanced so much it's unbelievable. We love it.

I looked at a number of different brands in a lot of different price points. I did not want 3d. This player satisfied all of my wants in a price point that was very wallet friendly. I am extremely happy with its performance.
