Driver part for Juiceman

My juicer is slipping, maybe due to a worn out driver? It is 2 years old and I just need to purchase a new part. We have squeezed many gallons of citrus juice and been very happy with the Model JM 480S. Thank you.

After giving the Juiceman a try with the same ingredients that I use all the time (apples, beets, carrots, celery and ginger) it was not any more effective at extracting juice and more difficult to use.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Missing Parts in Shipment

After unpacking the product all parts were present except the large cone which I really need for juicing oranges! Otherwise the product does what it is supposed to do.

good juicer, hard to clean

I got this as a gift and it juices well, the only problem is that it is difficult to clean. I would handwash it, but the area around the spout would still be dirty as it is hard to get into. I moved and got a dishwasher and was happy that the cleaning would take less time and it would get into the small cracks. I washed it once and it was not any cleaner and the metal parts started to turn a brown colour. Not sure how dishwasher safe it is. As for juicing, it does it's job. I ordered a part that had a crack in it, unfortunately it never came as only certain parts are in stock...this is over 6 months later now.

Ordering support was very good and I received my expedited order in time for Xmas.
The unit has a switch problem and the user has to constantly work one of the two clamps to make the motor run.
