Great machine. Love it. The only thing I don’t like is there isn’t a simple way to choose workout program. And can’t follow workout because it does not show much just numbers. Workout is great. I wish I went with a newer model.

Good workout

Pros:
Assembly: Ours arrived in a box with SOME assembly required. It took about 3 hours to assemble. Instructions are of above average clarity. Identification of "nuts & bolt" components is excellent. Tools supplied are adequate, however, I used my own.
Operation: Unit is smooth and quiet. Controls are clear and easy to use. Workout is much more demanding than our previous treadmill.
Con:
Shipping: The unit was shipped via ABF. ABF delivered to the nearest city then sub-contracted to a local delivery service. Since we live in a rural area about 60 miles from the city, the sub-contractor did not often deliver to our area. The unit sat at the sub-contractors facility for at least 5 days. That was a little frustrating. Once the unit was in the door of our house, we were required to move it to the area of use. The unit is heavy, so if you are moving it any distance (or on stairs) you will need help.
Assembly: Unit is required to be "level". I had to use my carpenters level to level one side, then used a piece of paper as a "feeler gauge" to insure the second foot made contact with the floor.

The pulse rate monitor needs improvement.
The arm which connects the flywheel to the foot petals stricks the side of the case on each rotation and you feel a slight thud.

This is a good product but it doesn't have an off switch. It has to be unplugged every time. Also there is no way to plug in preferences for everyday use. You have to plug them in every time and that is a bit annoying. The product works and is good but it is a bit less than user friendly

Solid for the Price.

This machine came just as described. I'm 6'5"" tall and at the time I started using the EX59 I weighed in at 270 lbs. I started out using a friends rear wheel elliptical but it's pedals were 5"" apart and it made my knees hurt. with the EX59's 0 gap, I don't have that problem anymore. I gave the EX59 a 4 star instead of 5 because I think the weight limit should be 250 lbs instead of 275lbs. This e
