I have several of Rodney Yee's DVD's and this one is now one of my favorites. The workouts give you a nice overall stretch and have even pushed me to try some new poses (tree). I would greatly recommend this DVD to anyone looking for an overall workout.
I agree with the other reviews. It was too fast for me as well. I love the a.m., p.m. Yoga by Rodney Yee, that is a perfect video for me. Although I will continue to use this video, I will skip a lot just because I can not keep up. Great stretching & new poses I've never done before. I am 52 & a little stiff in joints if that helps.
My only complaint about all of Rodney Yee's DVDs is that he goes too fast and doesn't focus enough on the Union of breath and movement so that I am sometimes inhaling when I should be exhaling and lose some of the benefit of yoga. Please slow down and let us learn the breath along with the movement.
I'm enjoying the different sections on this DVD. Each is different enough from Rodney's other series that they feel new. I particularly like Rodney's voice and style of instructing and love having these short, but not too short, classes to start my day. I also like being able to decide what area I need the most help with on any particular day.
