Great game

It's a great game once I was able to figure it out. My son is four yrs old and he was getting frustrated because he didn't know how to unlock the games. He is young and doesn't have a lot of patient. In order for him to enjoy the games we need to play together. Right now he is still learning how to play the games. I actually ended up buy easier games so that he doesn't get upset. I started buy games for ages 3-5. That seems to help him feel good and not be intimadated to play the games.
Pros: Fun for kids, Grows with child, Good for on-the-go play, Educational

Shooting in a LeapFrog Game???

I was extremely disappointed in this purchase and wish I could get my money back. In the first task in story mode your child has to help Mater to get away from a bad guy car who is shooting bullets at him with a gun! SERIOUSLY??? In an educational game designed for a 4 year old. We don't play with guns in our home and we don't let our children play traditional video games because we don't want them playing violet video games. I can not believe that this game had shooting and guns in it. I removed it immediately from his LeapPad. Couldn't the car just chase them without the shooting??? So unnecessary and now I am out a whole purchase! I wish there was something in the description warning parents before they made their purchase so that they could make a sound parenting decision based on the values of their home and the maturity of their child.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought my boy a leapad and he did not find it intresting at all so i bought it a cars game cause he LOVES cars so i showed him the game and still did not like it at all he rather play on my phone

Great Gift!

This is a Christmas gift my grandson, I tried it out before I wrapped it, he is absolutely going to love this game. Did I tell you he is a fan of cars, lol. I will continue to add games to his leapfrog this is the first one for him, I know it is a good learning tool for him.

Good purchase

It absolutely thrills me to see my son who just turned 5 y/o plotting coordinates on a graph. It also teaches patterns and following instructions. The games does a good job about explaining while keeping it fun. We have quite a few of the Leappad games and Cars is one of the few favorites.
