I found this product very easy to use. I would certainly recommend f this product as I have travelled and used it many places. One very minor issue, the battery doesn't seem to last very long. Otherwise it's great!!
Pros: tools, Wi-Fi capable, durable, ease of use, small size
Cons: battery life
I would recommend this to a friend!

We've gone through 4 of these. When they work, they work great. But we've had 4 of them that the sceen just goes blank. Call tech support and they mail us another refurbished unit. The service is great, but the quality of the device is very poor.
I have had this device for a couple of weeks now and I am very satisfied with it. The 4G speed is great. I tried the mifi, but due to the fact that we live in a rural area other providers do not yet provide access to 4G and at&t does. Thanks to AT&T for providing such a great product.
Pros: ease of use

Do not buy this! I have only had it months and already had to call 4 times! First the sim card was old, then connection wouldn't work, next it had a white screen of death and I had to get a new(refurbished) one, now I downloaded firmware on the device and it took away 3.5 gb! Now I have to stay with them for another 22 months!
Pros: Wi-Fi capable
Cons: battery life, freezes, software bugs
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Life saver for rural users

I just moved outside the city limits and went with a popular satellite ISP that claims 1 Mbps. I was actually getting ~0.1 Mbps. I decided to try this and I'm so glad I did. Although my locale is still 3Gish, my DL is always over 2 Mbps and UL is ~1 Mbps. Thanks AT&T.
The range in my house was around 30 ft max. So I took an old Linksys WRT54G and flashed it with dd-wrt to create a wireless client bridge. Or you could just buy a wireless bridge instead,
The config settings are accessible through HTTP. These are comparable to most general router settings.
***** 1 MAJOR DRAWBACK ***** I apologize if I'm wrong here, but I couldn't get the following to work: LAN switching. Even though I had 2 computers and a printer connected to the hotspot, I could not ping the other nodes. Another good reason to setup a wireless client bridge. Or like I said, maybe I wasn't doing something right, but trying to convery this to technical support would have been frustrating at the least and therefore I chose not to do so.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great to have for travelling! Hotel and airport wi-fi can be so spotty but now I don't have to rely on them with my mobile hotspot!
