it looks great and works great just push a few buttons and walk away. it cooks rice fast , so i can do other things while im waiting. great machine, Frank. thank you.

It was great for the price. Just the inner pot is not as thick as we had before (other Brand). But otherwise the rice is cooked the same as my previous one. Why buy more expensive one if this one can give the same texture of cooked rice as the other.

Product is very good, but the delivery arrangement is not good, T-force just leave my product in the building Mail box area without any call or message, I need check the delivery status time to time, and I need to pick this product once I saw the delivery status show delivered. I feeling really not good. Anyway, the product is very good.

working well, no burning rice.
Bowl is a bit narrow and deep, would prefer it to be more shallow

Have usted this rice cooker x2 ,first time realized that you cannot put 10 cups of rice its too much. Thr rice was not cooked too well. It cooked 5 cups well. I cooked Brown rice which i found was too heavy. White rice i cooked the 2nd time and it was good. I am Still finding my way around with this product. Another few months i should be able to answer and write a good
