(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I have this included in the new home package, after almost 2 years the refrigerator stopped getting cold. looking for a new replacement never kitchen aid.

Don't buy poor quality very expensive.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator in July 2014. Now having issues with it freezing up. Repairman is trying to get parts to fix this. Having same issues as everyone else . Don't know what part is going to fix it. Not going to spend 1k on this refrigerator. Why pour good money into a piece of junk. It's out of warranty of course. Read Dizzys review I'm having the same issues with my refrigerator..

Not a good product

be replaced. Had to wait for parts and then the incorrect part was sent. Poor construction. Fan sits in Styrofoam held together with tape. No wonder it broke, poor design. repairman said he never saw anything like this.still waiting for parts.

I wish the touch screen controls r a bit more easier. One more compliant that I have is that the main first not aligned. I need to call up support to get it fixed.
