Overall Good Product

We bought this 2 months ago. So far so good. Not good for storing taller items like milk or 2 liters. Makes a high-pitched whine for a few seconds after closing the doors. Looks nice and overall good product.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I am enjoying my new refrigerator. I like the strong-box door bins and the fact that they are adjustable. I especially like the fold-away shelf for storing extra tall items!

Very Disappointed

I bought the product a year ago and have had problems with the internal temperature controls. Needless to say, the tech came out to fix the frig and within two weeks it was broken again. The freezers does not maintain temperature and I have lost a lot of food. - Not happy!Also, if you elect to have the door swing open from the left, the engineers did not design this well. I was never sent the plastic hinge cap for the top of the frig.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

could be better

I have had this refrigerator for 2 months. It works well has lots of storage and is energy efficient. The extra heavy door shelves are nice. There are 2 things that I just hate. It does not have a freezer light. When I bought it I assumed all refrigerators these days would have a freezer iight. Second the flip down shelf. The bottom shelf is not tall enough to put a gallon of milk, it is about 1/4 inch to short. Milk will fit on the top shelf but when you buy 4 gallons at a time that is a lot of weight for a shelf. The other option is to put it on the door, once again that is a lot of weight. When you try to lift the next shelf to put the milk on the bottom shelf the flip down shelf comes apart and does not want to go back in place. If you use the flip down shelf feature you loose the use of the entire front half of the shelf . You cannot raise the entire shelf because it is right under the deli drawer and once again you loose one whole side of the shelf because it is against the deli drawer. If they would have raised the shelf so that gallons of milk would fit it would be much better. I would like to get rid of the flip down shelf and have a regular shelf.
