great humidifier with uv tech

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Vicks Germ Free Humidifier with UV Technology works great especially when you have cold symptoms and are feeling achy. The UV technology is great so the machine does not build up bacteria or germs. It is very easy to use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used several humidifier and this by far is at the top of my list! I really appreciate how big the water tank is and how large the opening is making it for easier fill and clean too. I like that there are 3 different output settings also that are easy to control. I love the fact that there is a tray for the Vicks aromatherapy pads so your not adding oil to the water tank and making it gunky. I do see a couple potential downsides for some, It is pretty large and boxy so that might be a downside for some with limited space and also the need to continue to repurchase the filters. Overall as stated before it’s a wonderful humidifier.

Always a hit with Vicks!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I must say one thing Vicks brand products do not do is moss. This Vicks Germ Free Cool Mist Humidifier has been so useful in our home. We are all allergy sufferers and also have one with asthma living in the household and using this this humidifier made by Vicks has helped us breathe better and sleep more comfortably for everyday comfort. Its patented germ killing technology kills up to 99.9% of virus, fungus, bacteria and most importantly for us, mold, in the unit’s water after setting it on high and using it consistently for 2 hours. By doing this it provides the needed assurance that the moisture the humidifier is letting off into the air is virtually free of germs. To provide maximum comfort the self regulating evaporative system adjust output for maximum comfort. Doing so provides this machine with quiet comfort so need to be concerned about getting a good nights rest as well while this is working in your bedroom at night

Great evaporative Humidifier

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very pleased with this Humidifier and love that it has the evaporative technology (so it is an invisible mist). It is quiet enough for sleep (low fan sound, not noticeable). It is easy enough to clean, most Humidifiers aren't super easy to clean but this is easy enough considering, it helps if you maintain keeping it clean. While it's not the best looking Humidifier, I do like the design as it is easy to refill with water. Thr run time is great, depending on the setting it does run for the as stated 24 hours. If you do choose to use the vapopads, it is very strong. Not a big deal as I don't use the pads often.

Great for Sinus Problems.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] was looking for a humidifier because once winter sets in, the heating system at my house sucks every last drop of water from the air which results in me waking up every morning with an irritated throat and sinuses. My only complaint is one I should have realized before buying- the UV light is, well, a light and it feels super bright to me since I tend to sleep with as little light as possible. That being said as long as I'm not directly facing the light I ignore it just fine. Overall, I recommend this product, it does what a humidifier should without fuss- what more can you ask for?

A Great Machine

My husband has lung problems and this humidifier has helped him from coughing so much. With having the heater on constantly the air dries out, but the humidifier seems to be putting more moisture back into the air. It makes a little noise, but isn't a problem.
