Actually helps keep the air breathable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This humidifier makes a big difference any season of the year. I turn it on at night and notice I don’t have the need to drink water in the middle of the night. I haven’t had a sore throat since I started using it!

good but filters are pricey

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The UV vicks humidifier worked well for my kids. It didn't get everything wet like other style humidifiers, but the filter, that was supposed to bring the water up and out, did not hold as much water as I thought. It was dry when the kids woke up. The UV light is subtle and isn't a blinding light as you might think, but kills up to 99.9% of germs. This unit has a dial on the front for fan speed, but will not auto shut off after it runs out of water which I can see becoming a fire hazzard. Over all I love how quiet it is and how easy to clean it is. I also like how easy it is to fill with water compared to other brands. The reservoir is flat and square so you can just set it down in the sink while filling it. This style also has a slot for vicks vapor disks to help with congestion if the mist isn't enough.

Easy to use and Clean!

Very easy to use and clean. very reliable and hasnt caused any problems. The size and weight is just perfect for us.

Amazing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted this because my son was sick and his doctor recommended a humidifier to add moisture back into the air and help with breathing. The cool mist is perfect because they won’t accidentally burn themselves on it like they could a warm mist one. I love how quiet it can be when on a lower setting and the filter is amazing, trapping all kinds of stuff you don’t want in the air. The Vick’s pods that you can add for a menthol scent is great for when congestion is bad. You can definitely tell a difference in using it and not. It’s much easier to breath and your nasal passages aren’t so dry. Love love love it.

Helpful if you are sick

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a good humidifier to use if you aren't feeling well. You can put in a Vicks VapoPad, which is soothing, and helpful. It also feels cleaner than other humidifiers because of the filter. I don't love that I'll have to keep buying the filters because I'm sure I'll forget to do that. Also, I wish there was an auto shut-off valve when the humidifier is out of water.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Yay a clean feature with clean looking lines

Easy to use and set up overall but here comes why i give it 4 stars... the handle at the top makes it kind of awkward to have to fill up the tank upside down and does NOT lock into place once it is on the base. So, if you have a small curious child in a room where you cannot safely put it out of reach, this is quite the design flaw.
Otherwise i love how you can switch between 3 varying speeds, although rather loud on high but it allows the vapors from the pad to disperse nicely. I have been running it on low in a large room and i can smell it on the other end of the room.
Overall, nice product if it certainly can match the germ free claim and that fact that it's nice looking, just keep out of reach from the lil ones

Works well and is quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been using this in my daughters room for a few weeks and it has been a game changer! It’s really quiet and seems to clear the air from the first night she started using it. She slept through the night with no congestion the next morning!! The light on the front is pretty bright but we just put a small piece of tape over it since she likes to sleep in complete darkness. I feel like it starts to get low after 2-3 days depending on how long we use it. Really easy to use and cleaning is straightforward.

Great Humidifier!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the Vicks Germ Free Humidifier with UV Technology for my bedroom. I always have sinus problemes, specialy in the winter with the heater. I like how easy it is to operate the humidifier, different settings. Easy to fill the water. I like that it has a filter to filter germs from mold etc, because we got an older house and live in the south. i used it already a couple times with a Vick insert for a cold and it realy helps cleaning the airways! i raly like it because it works and is nice and quiet! I recommend the Vicks Humidifier !
