Ergonomic: they really thought this trimmer through in design, yet it's so simple to use. Great quality at an affordable price. The dial for closeness is genius & accurate. Just start off at a high number and work your way down to where you like. (ex: level 2 is too close for me. I like the 3 & 4) Easy to clean too. I love it!

Unable to order attachments on this website

I like this product. It works well.
Here's my gripe. I've had to purchase this several times because the attachments are of poor quality. They've broken many times, and I've searched this website plenty of times to see if the attachments are available for purchase.
But no, instead I've had to fork over the full amount for the entire set every time at the store.
Philips Norelco should make the attachments available to the consumer on their website. I'm sure countless of other consumers have had to endure the same experience. That's why I give it an overall rating of four stars.

This trimmer cuts really well.The position of the cutting blades are awkward. They almost seem reverse of where they should be. It runs a long time on one charge and is a very solid product.
Pros: good cut, good battery

I have had other beard trimmers before [2 to be exact] and this one by far charges faster and seems a little more powerful. By having the single adjustable trim head, it eliminates having to keep track of all the various attachments to get different lengths for my beard.
I would have liked some clearer instructions that the trimmer guard/beard length adjuster was completely removable for fine trimming around the ears and mustache as well as removing the cutting head to fully clean out the hair after using, but I did figure that out eventually.
All in all a fine product for the price.

I was looking to replaced my current old trimmer ( Norelco) which was very reliable with an upgraded model trimmer, which at the time seemed very hard to do, until I came across the Philips/Norleco 3500 , it was exactly what I was looking for. Easy to handle, precise and sharp with multiple trim settings. Very good trimmer.
