I bought this scale (as pictured) because it was the least expensive one I saw. I needed a scale to track my weight as per doctor’s request. I have had it about 3 weeks. It seems quite accurate and consistent. The picture shows the scale I bought, not the one you refer to in your e-mail

This is a nice unit. My one gripe is that it is about 8%low as compared to the Doctor's office scale. I had replaced a more inaccurate scale with this one, and had hoped for more precision.

We have had many different brands of bathroom scales for the past five years. We have five bathrooms with scales in each bathroom. Only the Master Bathroom had a Conair - Extra-Large Dial Analog Precision Scale. All the other scales quit working or did not work correctly. I have, over time, replaced them all except the Conair. We have decided that as replacements are warranted we will replace them with Conair brand, most likely Conair - Extra-Large Dial Analog Precision Scales because of its durability and design.
