Poor clip design

I have an earlier generation of these rollers for two to three years. My hair length has gone from just past my chin to now past my shoulders. The clips do not hold the roller in the hair tightly. The clips often pop off and the rollers come out. It’s very frustrating when I am trying to get ready for the day.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Rollers work well. However, clips do no hold rollers. Work somewhat with the large rollers, but do not hold medium and small rollers in hair. Had to purchase a different type of clip.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It doesn't work very well on straight fine hair.

I have very fine and straight hair that has to have a permanent in it to have the curls I want. The hot rollers don't stay fastened as tightly as I need them. After I put the clip in them, the curlers become lose and almost fall out. What can I do? I'm not getting as much curl as I want.

The first time I used this product I was so pleased with the ease of holding the rollers in place. The easy to use roller clips kept the rollers intact while I moved about.

Today was the first time I used the rollers. They are all right but I do not like the fact they so not have an on an off switch. I had Conair rollers years ago and they were much better.
