Very dependable

I've had this printer/copier for about 14 years and it's been very reliable. I just switched it over from my old Win 10 PC to my new Win 11 PC and, even though the new PC has no Disc drive, Brother has provided all the necessary downloads for installation on my new PC - no CD install required.

Fifteen years a and counting

For three past fifteen years I have had pony two problems that were easily fixed. If it ever dies, I will replace it with another. This is just as good as my HP 3390 laser as to longevity so far; but it has a few more years to go to match the HP.
