Disappointed

The printer would be excellent if I could print through the feeder. It doesn't work. I must scan a document to get it on the computer and then print OR I can only print from the computer. If I want to print or copy a document that I have -- forget it. Lesson learned -- don't buy cheap printers.

Low Toner after a month of spare use

Bought it on Black Friday, just more than one month ago. Now the low toner warning message constantly pops up after having printed < 100 pages.

Noise

Unit works well in all respects except for the noise. It is also pretty heavy, Scanning and printing works as expected. Printing is very fast and accurate. Replaced an inkjet that clogged the heads too often. I'm hoping to avoid that ordeal.

I love my printer

This by far is the best product I have purchased in a while. It replaced an old HP printer that was over 20 years old. It has exceeded my expectations and is wonderful for my small business.

Best Choice

We had just purchased an office level ink-jet unit by another major manufacturer. It failed within a week. After returning it to the store, we decided to look at Laser printers. The Brother had a smaller foot print and was is much quieter. My only complaint is the very small window that made entering the code for our WiFi system grueling. We eventually got it right after five tries! We occasionally miss color but we are over all very pleased with the Brother unit.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I'm a student at a Seminary School. This printer works wonders printing the Hebrew & Greek language accent markings. With a good software language program and this printer. I am very satisfied with the printing quality of my papers. The printer functions such as the scanner mode are easy to use.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Wireless Network Printer

What a great printer! Works quickly and doesn't jam...everything you need from a printer. I've hooked up three different computers to it wirelessly (two desktops and one laptop) and it was easy as pie to get them up and running. The downside is, though, that you need to buy a bigger toner cartridge or else you'll be running to the store every three weeks. And, I still haven't been able to hook up a new computer (with Windows 8) to print off of this. But, overall, a great machine. th
