Way, way, way too noisy

I love everything about it except the noise. When I ordered it people complained about the noise but I didn't expect airplane, need ear protection, sound level. If you had someway to lower the noise, it would be perfect for me.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good printer, one problem

Very pleased with the printer, small, quite, good quality printing, excellent ink efficiency. Only problem is with scan: it appears light encroached along the sides of all scanned documents. Wish it could scan multiple pages instead of needing to feed individual sheets

Great Printer

I am so happy with this printer! Finally, I can say goodbye to those ink starving inkjet printers!
This printer meets and exceeds all of my expectations. Very easy to use and setup.
My only regret about this printer is that I didn't buy it sooner!

Can't Print Coupons

This is a great printer. But I cannot print coupons with my iphone. Tried all day to set it up with my phone and it will not work. I can print documents and photos from my phone but not coupons.
No problem with the HP that broke. Might have to go back to an HP. :0(

Needs some better options

The printer goes off-line every time there is a power surge. Customer Care is great, but sometimes really causes me to loose time.
The paper feeder is very small so it is one sheet at a time if I need legal size.
Other than these it is a great printer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
