Worst phone EVER

I have had my share of phones and I usually go with the Samsung phones. After this phone I will never buy another samsung again. I have insurance on this phone and I have used it twice in less than a year. It isn't because of wear and tear, it is because of the phone itself! It freezes all the time and wont work for days and sometimes the buttons stop working! Again this is the worst phone I have ever had in my life! My two other samsungs were great, lasted me years and years, but this one can't even make it past 6months! Worst phone EVER!!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is my first smart phone and I love it it is so easy to use, I have kids and I needed a phone that I could figure out as I go I have had it a little over a month and I think I pretty much have it figured out. It is durable almost completely kid proff I did buy a casr for it just in case though. I highly recommend this phone to anyone.

Love the phone but dust under the screen

I ordered the pink Blackjack II and I love the phone and all the features. I had the phone for a week and the screen was not sealed properly and there was a ton of dust under the screen cover. I am waiting for my replacement to arrive. Hopefully it will not have the same problem.

This is a VERY nice phone, I upgraded after having a basic flip phone for a few months. Its perfect for texting and the call quality is amazing. You do have to make sure you charge it nightly though if you use it constantly. One problem is that the screens arent always sealed completely and Dust and dirt gathers in the screen. the best way to fix this is to buy a screen protector and a case that fits it tightly. I love this phone, I would recommend this to anyone who is a texter

One of the Best Smartphones

This was my 1st Smartphone.Almost 2years have passed, and this is still going full tilt! The only reason I would upgrade is for a touch screen. I am hoping that Samsung has just as good a touchscreen as this phone has been. I love it and it is definitely worth the money and investment to buy.

this phone is not worth your money. it freezes, and you have to restart it constantly. all my other samsung things work fine, but this one is not near the best.

I would not recommend this phone to any of my friends. It took me several days just to learn how to work the operating system in this phone. I have only had the phone for one year and 10 days, and the on off button (on top) has gone out. Now I can not even turn my phone on. Since the one year warranty is over I can not replace the phone now. This high tech expensive phone should have lasted me longer.
Very unsatisfied!!!!! I will not buy a samsung again now.

I had the original blackjack, nice to have 3G, bluetooth, speakerphone. Lagged like a dog though and keyboard was basically unusable.
