Not Compatible with Mac Catalina!!!!!!

Brother says this scanner works with MacOS 10.15, but it does NOT! There is no 64bit driver - not on the DVD and not on their website. The download for the driver uses a 32bit packager that new Macs can't extract. So do NOT waste your money with a scanner that doesn't work for you if you have a Mac that is 10.15 or above.

HORRIBLE WORST PURCHASE

I have a Mac Air, Cant get the software to download. Can get the scanner to work. Very disappointed.
Do not buy.

This is an excellent scanner and product. It does everything that Brothers advertises and more. If you are looking for a portable/Mobile scanner look no further.

Super Easy to Use

I was very happy with how easy it was to install and use the scanner on my desktop. Also that it is portable to use with different devices, and has a multitude of great features. Especially needed it for scanning checks (double-sided).
I would recommend this to a friend!

Needs tweaking!

this product needs an instruction booklet, or download on the computer, to make the first-time operator less frustrated.... once I figured it all out, it became obvious that printing the actual pages would be difficult...then there seems to be no way to reduce the size of the fonts so that it doesn't take a volume of paper/ink to print the final product.... also, how to delete the first few "saved' entries so that only the final report could be printed on a few pages.... keep trying, please!
