Does not handle multiple pages well it can jam and damage documents

Great Product

I am so happy with my scanner. I wanted something that was easy to set up, wireless, scanned both sides, fast, easy to make and place in a folder at a destination of my choosing. I can easily place a 4 page contact in my scanner, press a button and have it saved to the folder. I love it and would highly recommend it.

Great little scanner

I have a big multifunction device that I have used for most jobs but I have to get up and walk over to it to use it. I wanted a small scanner to sit beside me on the sofa or bed or wherever I am so when I open the mail or do other business I can scan things in right away. I would recommend this product. It is fast and easy to use.

This is an excellent Scanner with poor installation documentation. I am IT person and was able to install it. However will be difficult for a layman.

Good little scanner

Scanner does handle about 10 pages, double sided at a time. Often the pages go askew and I have to rescan them. Option to crop and flipping available, but not straightening. Scans some photo paper, but not all. Scans photos a little dark, can not do X-rays. Overall works for our dental office to scan records to go paperless. The cable from the computer to scanner did stop working after a month, so brother sent me a new one in about a week and a half. Scans relatively quickly and it's a nice small size for a desktop.

good value, good features, incomplete software

I received my ADS1000W with great anticipation! got it all set up and did a sample run with good results. Okay! I thought ...ready to scan my receipts and cards. tried to download the free BR-receipts software and found the file was corrupt! called customer service and got a email directing me to a new site for the software and it was not functional. contacted customer service again and was told the site was not completely set up yet and that I would be informed as to when. that was over a month ago. still waiting...
I would recommend this to a friend!

Just Awesome!

This does it all and its super space saving on a desk that has everything on it. Software handles everything you want to do, compact easily tucks away after use or with the wireless capability you can use it a a different location with ease, Just Awesome!
