I was looking for a cover that not only protected my Droid Maxx but also looked good. The first one I got was gray / white and I have enjoyed its style and protection. I then got a black/yellow cover. I enjoy interchanging these covers. I would like to see a blue/gray cover, hopefully Otter Box will come out with one, but until then I will continue to enjoy the ability to change the look of my Droid Maxx and the protection it provides.

The case is seems very protective and durable. The combination of a soft rubber inner cover and a harder outer layer really is the best combination that I have seen for the Droid Maxx. It feels like it is part of the phone in terms of functionality. The screen, buttons and connections are easily accessible but are still protected from typical drops and bumps.

I know the design will protect my phone but way to bulky to slip into pocket of jeans or small purses. Will only use if I'm going to be outside at my friends house who has a pool and lots of concrete!
