I’m a big fan of Alen products and services. They seriously stand behind their products. One of the two air filter machines I bought from them broke after a couple of years of owning it. After discussing the issue, they sent me a new one. I was floored and am now a very loyal customer. I use their automatic service for getting replacement filters and it works great for me. Super convenient.

For someone with sensitive lungs, the Alen Tower has been a savior. It has gotten us through painting, remodeling, chemical off-gassing, and terrible air quality from fires. We have a small version we take when we travel by car, to help in musty, moldy or smoky hotel rooms. My elderly mother finds hers invaluable in her dusty location. We're very happy with Alen!
