I'm very satisfied with the performance of the purifier - only problem I had was when I tried to reset it after replacing the filter. Had difficulty getting the reset button to respond.

We have had our T-100 towers for about 6 years. Every 6 months we replace the HEPA-Silver TF-30 filters out. The air is noticeably fresher after using these, and we seem to get less colds overall as well. Really happy with the towers and the filters!
