T500 HEPA filter review

I have been running my T500 24/7 since 12/19/22. With a huge lab in the house I was just shy of getting 6months out of my filter. I would recommend this unit to anyone

Happy replacement

I hadn't purchased in a while. Alen still has my old address and I didn't catch it. When my filter disappeared Alen quickly shipped a replacement. Happy as could be.

This filter does a great job with smoke and odors in the unit I have in my kitchen. It's easy to replace on a regular basis with the convenience of auto ship.

Disappointed

I wish I could tell you we love them and they are really working well, but I can't. Our bedroom is 15' x 17'. We run the Alen 24/7. 16 hours at high speed (setting 3) and 8 hrs on low (setting 1). My wife is having to dust our room about every other day. I'm sure it's not the case, but it's almost as if the only thing the Alen seems to do is blow air (with dust particules) into the room. Very frustrating, not sure what to do. The other Alen is in a larger family room area, and I really don't exect much out of it. Fyi, we are non-smokers and have hard wood floors.
