I had a bit higher expectation with silver filter helping voc's. Living in a newly built house (paint, new flooring etc), off gassing is a concern for my sensitive lungs. However, I am not waking at night to cough, yay!! AND it's normally a rough time of yr, allergy season. I am thankful that a few months ago I came across a YouTube video showing how Allen purifiers work & their features. I have 3 Alen T500 spread throughout my 1,350 sq ft hm at level 2 (of 3) fan speed, but increase fan to 3 occasionally when I feel it's needed after opening the house for fresh air.
