I made a mistake on the address. And you made a mistake on shipping. So it was extra long time getting to me.when I called I was told by CS rep that it will be here in a time frame. But it was not.

What a great investment. I purchased this filter for my bedroom for the T500 and what a difference it makes. I have had this unit for 6 months and I can tell the difference in the air quality and how it has changed my allergies. Thank you, Alen!

I love my Alen T500 Air Purifier. I have been sleeping so much better. The air in my bedroom is so refreshing. It even makes it so there is less dust. I dust every week. I find so much less dust as I am cleaning my bedroom now with the purifier. it really works. You really need to try one if you have severe allergies, asthma or any chronic issues with many different particles that are in the air. Love mine Judy
