I can’t live without my Alen air purifiers. Occasionally, my husband will turn ithe one in the bedroom off and forget to turn it back on. I’ll wake up congested in the middle of the night and know exactly what the problem is. It’s truly the only way I get a restful night’s sleep.

I appreciate the improved air quality when using my T500 HEPA-Silver air filter it helps prevent asthma symptoms and allow easier breathing. Replacing the filter is worth the relief and benefits received and so simple to install, totally not complicated. Well worth the investment. Customer service has been great. I gave four stars because my T500 covers only half my apartment yet it helps control my asthma. Love it.

I bought my purifier a year ago and just received my replacement filter. Service has been prompt. An email is sent to remind me its time to replace the filter which is a nice perk. The unit is very quiet and does its job well. I am very satisfied with Alen and it's products.
