Contacted Allen regarding a replacement filter and WOW, it was here in a matter of days. Purchased the T 500 unit after reading hundreds of reviews, they were right on, system has improved the air we breath and no white dust in the room. I would not hesitate to reccomend this system to anyone with breathing issues or anyone just wanting clean air, our pets even like it. We catch them standing in front of it and just breathing the air couple times a day.

We have dog and my husband became allergic for dog dander. We purchased a small unit with this filter for our bedroom because the dog sleeps with us. This unit with its filter is perfect and does it’s job. My husband does not have to take any allergy pills and can sleep through the night. We highly recommend it.

We have 2 indoor dogs and these filters help reduce the amount of pet hair and dander in the air. Overall the filters are a bit expensive but they do work.

Love the Silver replacement filter! I suffer from migraines that are often triggered by smells, dust and mold. This filter helps to purify the air throughout the whole house so that I don’t get as many migraines.
