Nothing negative about Alen, only positive results

I got 2 T500 units in January and changed the filter in one in July. I can really tell a difference in the amount of dust collected by the negative ion generator! They are quiet and powerful and get the job done. I'm a very happy camper because the company's customer service is also top notch. They reply to emails quickly and are extremely professional and accommodating. I highly recommend Alen air purifiers and filters. They are the best.

This filter is an excellent filter and just like the TF-50 Silver, i just wish that the filter had a longer life. as to have it washable for more usage

We have been using the Allen T-500 for 5 months.
My wife and I both have allergies. It has helped us both.
I also have Asthma and a lung condition, it has also helped with both. Great Product. Highly recommended

I love my air purifier.

I love my air purifier. I have asthma and the purifier has help me sleep through the night. I do not have to wake up to use my inhaler. My parents had one first and it helped my mother's COPD. That's what got me interested. Thank you for having such a good product and having great customer service.
