I have the T500 and, my still running, A350. The filter is great, couldn't be easier with subscription service offered - every 6 months it's automatically charged, then shipped right on time for replacement of prev filter. Great system, even includes a warranty service if you're enrolled. I've only had to replace 1 (of 2 units I own) since 2008!

I have always been happy with the fantastic job the unit does and the very efficient hepa filters are a plus for my asthma. Best purchase I’ve made for an air cleaner.

This is the second replacement filter since I bought the unit. It does a super job of filtering the air in my bedroom which used to get very dusty every day. A handy unit to recommend

Quit your research and buy Alen products. There is Nothing on the market with this effectiveness and their customer service is superb. We owned two different sizes of their air purifiers. THEY DO THE JOB!

I really like our filter. It gives our room a fresh feel and my husband and I are happier and healthier with this easy solution to household allergens. I like the HEPA-Silver Filter because it is very effective and the machine itself has a soothing sound when we sleep. Good purchase.
