changed the filter now it won't work

I liked this air purifier, had for about a year, but when I changed the filter the machine broke down and no longer will work. Too expensive to last only a year!!!

Hi Barbara! I'm so sorry to hear that your T500 stopped working! Please call our Customer Service team - they'll be able to replace it for you! All Alen units come with a limited lifetime warranty, so they should be able to get that unit swapped out for you.

We have run the machines

Just received a replacement filter. I now have two Alan air purifiers, different models…..very happy with both. The customer service has been excellent with this company. They make a good product, stand behind it, and make it easy for problem resolution.
