Completely satisfied with the upgraded silver filter for our Alen T500 Air Purifier. We ordered online directly from the manufacturer and delivery was prompt. There is an option to have periodic delivery and the price is comparable to any other source. Very satisfied.

customer service is EXCELLENT and PROMPT. When my T500 unit failed, troubleshooting info was sent almost immediately.
Customer Service is excellent! When my T500 stopped working, troubleshooting suggestions were sent almost immediately. After suggestions were unsuccessful, a new unit was sent promptly. Cummunicating with company was easy and their committment to their product is very reassuring.

My wife was constantly coughing until we got the Alen air purifier with the Silver filter. I just changed the filter for the first time and we keep it running all the time. Won’t ever be without it.
