I have the T300 with odor filter in my living room and it works very well! It clears cigarette smoke odors from the air (condo hallway air comes into foyer). No complaints; easy to use and highly recommended.

I was so pleased to find the filters for the Alen air filter model I have and disappointed that the company has discontinued the model. I hope they continue to make the filters for the T300.

Excellent air cleaner, but needs a battery backup

The. Ultima cleaner from Alen is excellent, it keeps the air very clean, and the filters last a long time and are easy to change. The only negative is that with even the most minor blip in power, the machine shuts off and just be manually turned on again. A simple battery backup, like with a 9-volt, that would keep the machine on for just a few seconds in a power outage would make this problem go away.
