Alan has always been reliable

I've been using ALEN products for 6 years. One of my air purifiers has been entirely reliable; the other one lost power, and was replaced immediately with the newest model of the same type. I recently had a problem with deliveries of filters, due entirely to inaccurate GPS maps, and ALEN replaced both filters that were lost. The appliances catch an unbelievable amount of dust in my bedroom and living room (I live right off of a main avenue). I couldn't recommend ALEN more -- they are truly a customer-centered company, and I am very grateful for the service I have received from them!

I've had this air purifier for 2 years now. I have really noticed a difference in my allergies. It has helped so much! I just put it in the corner of my room and leave it running all the time. It really cuts down on how often I have to dust also. Love this machine!

Breath easy

I love my cat! However the athsma don't. Running the air purifier in the evenings helps me breath easier during the night and wake up rested!

Great Product

My office has poor filtration through our heating and air conditioning. I was developing a cough and throat problems. Ever since I installed the Alen air purifier I have felt better and my throat problems have gone away.
